Red Wines      

2017 Blaufränkisch Reserve    
Soft to the palate with ripe Black Cherry notes. Light to Medium bodied with full mouth feel. Aged 24 months in Hungarian Oak.

2016 Cuvée Maximillian            
Our first Red Blend at Otium. It has a Big & Complex nose full of dark fruit like Plum and Currant. Medium body and has undertones of Raw Tobacco and Coffee with a subtle Mocha finish.

2018 Malbec Reserve                   
This full-bodied intensely flavorful wine has soft round tannins with layers of Plum, Blackberry and Dark Cherry. Accented with hints of Brown spice and Chocolate.

2016 Cabernet Sauvignon            
Our Cabernet has an elegant finish with Berry flavors and dense ripe fruit aromas. Aged in small Oak barrels it has a subtle Mocha aspect on the finish.

2016 Dornfelder                           
Our Dornfelder displays dark fruit aromas and a unique earthiness. Combines silky tannins with hints of Raspberry and Cherry. Has a surprisingly full bodied finish.

White Wines

2021 Grüner Veltliner       
Crisp, juicy and lively with apple, peach and citrus aromas. Light and delicate bouquet of floral and herbal notes with a hint of white pepper.

2021 Pinot Gris         
The aromas of pear, apple and melon lead this medium bodied wine to a creamy mineral finish.

2022 Masuna                   
Our Masuna Vidal Blanc captivates with its refreshing and vibrant character. With a delicate straw-yellow hue, it offers enticing aromas of tropical fruits and citrus zest. The palate reveals a harmonious balance of crisp acidity and luscious flavors, culminating in a clean, lingering finish.

2022 Rosé                
Predominant aromas are floral notes with red fruit and a touch of pear. The mouth feel is very pleasant with a smooth texture and fresh feeling. The finish is very long with a very pleasant touch of acidity.

NV Sparkling Grüner              
Notes of green apple and citrus with savory spiciness typical of the Grüner Veltliner variety. Crisp and clean on the palate with a lingering dry finish.
