Tasting Room Associate:

Do you enjoy talking to people, working with a team, and enhancing your wine knowledge? We want to hear from you! Otium is looking for a fantastic tasting room associate to join our robust team as the winery grows and expands upon our hospitality and customer service offerings. We do not require significant wine knowledge or prior winery experience, but this is a huge plus if you have worked in the industry! We will hire and train the right person with a can-do attitude who is excited to represent Otium as a primary customer-facing employee.

If you are outgoing, team-oriented, and hospitality-focused, keep reading for some specific job duties.

Job duties include but not limited to:

// Pouring wine for guests (the best wine in Loudoun County!)
// Selling wine
// Food running, bussing tables, assisting guests
// Working outdoors
// Teamwork
// Opening & closing tasks
// Re-stocking wine and retail items
// Polishing wine glasses
// Private party set ups/ break down
// Answering phone
// Talking to guests
// Flexible schedule
// Great pay + shared tips
// Free shift meal
// Must be 21 years of age to pour wine
// Must be able to stand for long periods of time, and do stairs
// Must be able to occasionally lift 35lbs

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
